We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully so you know what to expect.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
1. Returns
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
• Unworn and unwashed — items must not have been worn beyond trying on and must not have been laundered.
• In original condition with all tags still attached.
• Free from odors (including perfume, smoke, or detergent), stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, or any damage that occurred after delivery.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
• Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned outside the 30-day return window.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@foilstyle.com with the following:
• Your order number.
• The item(s) you'd like to return.
• The reason for your return.
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unrequested returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account — this is outside our control. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our approval email, please check with your bank first, then contact us at hello@foilstyle.com.
We reserve the right to reject a refund or charge a restocking fee if items are returned in a condition that does not meet our policy requirements.
3. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If you need a different size due to a fit issue, we want to make that as easy as possible.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at hello@foilstyle.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the size or color you'd like instead. We'll confirm availability and send return instructions.
Once we receive your original item and it passes inspection, we'll ship your exchange at no additional charge. If the item you want is not available, we'll issue a full refund instead.
Exchange Shipping
We cover the shipping cost on the replacement item for your first exchange per order. Return shipping of the original item is the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error or a defect.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@foilstyle.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will always make it right if something arrives less than perfect.
5. Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount during a sale are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, unless they are specifically marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase. Final Sale items are clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
6. Gift Returns
If you received a Foil Style item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at hello@foilstyle.com with the order number (if known) or the name and email of the person who placed the order. If the return is approved, we can issue a store credit in your name for the value of the item.
7. Holiday Return Window
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for an extended return window through January 31 of the following year, provided all other return conditions are met. This extended window applies to gift purchases made during the holiday season.
