Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible while keeping shipping costs fair.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders over $100.

 

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. We do our best to process and hand off orders to our shipping carrier within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.

During peak periods — including new collection launches, sales, and major holidays — processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times and will always notify you by email once your order has shipped.

Please note that placing an order on a weekend or holiday means processing begins the next business day. Your order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order, not shipment.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout. Carrier availability and exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We ship using major US carriers — exact carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

 

3. Free Shipping

Orders of $100 or more (after any discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only and is available for US domestic orders. Expedited and overnight options are available at an additional cost regardless of order total.

If an item is returned from a free shipping order, bringing your order subtotal below $100, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account on foilstyle.com and viewing your order history. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

5. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to modify or redirect a shipment once it has been handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for expedited or overnight orders. Standard shipping to PO Boxes is available.

 

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high volume periods, or other factors outside our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

       Checking around your property, including any secure mailboxes or with a neighbor.

       Checking with other members of your household.

       Contacting your local post office or carrier facility with your tracking number.

If your package cannot be located after taking these steps, please contact us at hello@foilstyle.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

 

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@foilstyle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please retain all original packaging when reporting damage, as the carrier may require it for a damage claim.

 

8. Holiday Shipping

During the holiday season, we recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure delivery by your desired date. Carrier volume is significantly higher during November and December, and delivery estimates may not be guaranteed even with expedited services.

We will post any holiday order cutoff dates on our website and social media channels as the holiday season approaches.
